All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse any order. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. Colors and textures may vary slightly because our goods are handcrafted in small batches.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
5. Shipping and Returns
We ship to the addresses provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Because our products are personal-care and handcrafted items, we generally do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you have an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, product descriptions, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Owyhee River Alpaca Farm and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owyhee River Alpaca Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to products purchased through the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for those products.
